PROGRAMME INTRODUCTION

The Diploma in Business Management Programs caters for students with 3 credits in the SPM. We also focus on adults who have an interest in the line of Business by creating a clear academic pathway.

 

The distinctive features of this program is to develop students’ interest in and to provide knowledge of the world of business including

 

  • To provide a basic understanding of the structures, and functions of business organizations; the dynamic nature of key business functions and processes
  • To provide greater understanding of the processes and outcomes of organizational decision making; the development and diversity of organizational strategies; and the nature and role of policies that impact on businesses.


Examination is conducted in May, September and December yearly at Windfield International College monitored by experienced exam coordinators.

Upon completing their Diploma they can continue to their degree in collaboration with University of Bucks.  UK, or American College Dublin, Ireland, or University of Tasmania, Australia.

SAILENT FEATURE
  • Consultation -A schedule is prepared for students to meet with the Program Director once a week to follow up on the progression of the students and also to find out if they are facing any sort of difficulties. This will focus on academic issues.
  • Teaching Guides - Students will be given a copy of all the teaching guides which will consist of all the required subjects for entire course duration. The lecturers also refer to this document for their class progress.
  • Accelerated programme as lectures and tutorials of 3 hours per subject, per week hence able to complete in 30 months.
  • Taught by lecturers and tutors who has taught degree and masters level.
  • Small group classes which enhances the lecturers to give personalized attention.
  • Frequent time test and mock exams to monitor students progress and get them used to examination environment.
  • Revision classes covering the whole module as well as full analysis of past year examination papers and session of Q&As.
  • Reasonable fees which include course planners, materials, revision planners as well as computer lab & resource fees and flexible payment scheme.
