PROGRAMME INTRODUCTION

Windfield International College has taken the new challenge to specialize in Medical Science Programme. The Institute undertakes the design and delivery of the Medical Science courses to meet the specific and current need of the health and education system. Apart from acquiring the health knowledge, the Institute offers a wider appeal for individuals seeking to enhance their health skills and practical training.


The programme is customized to meet the aspirations of students who also wish to pursue a Medical degree by providing them an option through our Diploma level instead of the traditional STPM / A – Levels or Matriculation qualifications ( Terms and Condition Apply ). Arrangements are been established with some foreign universities to accept our Diploma student to take up a Medical degree after their graduation. Other options available include pursuing a degree in disciplines such as nursing and pharmacy.

EDUCATION AND CAREER PATHWAY

Upon completion, various attractive pathways are available to graduates of this programme. The diploma course is specially created as a recognized entry programme into a Medical degree either in or outside Malaysia. This diploma programme could be the best pathway for students who wish to obtain medical knowledge and skills before they enter a medical programme.

 

The programme also provides graduates to gain entry into other allied health sciences degree like nursing, pharmacy or physiotherapy. Graduates can gain employment in hospitals both in the Government or private sectors by working as a research assistant or alternatively, they can even pursue their career in promoting medical equipments to the health and medical related sectors or as a Medical Representatives / Medical advisor.
